“Matt really saved us. On Thursday morning, Atmos came out to repair a gas leak in the line that they discovered. After fixing the leak (and taking out our Internet), they yellow tagged us saying there was a leak in our house and they couldn’t turn our gas back on until a plumber discovered where our leak was. This was a Thursday afternoon. Matt agreed to come out first thing Friday morning. Within an hour he found the issue and had us fixed, and Atmos turned our gas back on Friday afternoon.
